BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary won the tender process for the property management instruction of Napfény Park shopping centre owned by Erste Ingatlan Alap, which is under the management of Erste Alapkezelő Zrt.
The property with area over 30.000 sqm is the largest retail centre in Szeged, which opened its doors to the public in 2008. In addition to Tesco hypermarket and OBI retail store other significant brands, such as Jysk, Deichmann, RENO, Dm-drogeriemarkt, Charles Vögele, KIK, Euronics, Cardo, Fressnapf and number of small shops can be found there.
