The bull market that has continued for a few years faces all market participants with ever increasing challenges. The key to success is to understand not only the mechanisms governing the real estate market and changing needs of clients, but also business processes and global capital flow rules. The CEE region is perceived as a perfect place to invest, which, combined with innovativeness and safety, results in an excellent potential for over-average yields for investors and satisfaction for tenants
said Piotr Krawczyński, Head of Capital Markets CEE, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
The key to the success of a project is to present the offer to new investors and those that have been active in the market for a long time.
We have been looking for a person with extensive know-how and unique competencies in terms of acquiring and carrying out large, complicated property sale transactions at all stages of the process – from choosing the right location, to selecting the right type of property and module size, to support and advisory aimed at the efficient execution of investment projects, which is an important argument during negotiations with prospective clients. Piotr managed to gain that experience during his career, as well as – importantly – the ability to understand the needs and expectations of clients, depending on the industry, scale and nature of their business. Hiring such an experienced manager will considerably bolster our department and provide an opportunity to strengthen our already high market position in the real estate investment sector
